Licensed in 1991, I have been a Broker since 1998 managing or owning residential brokerage and property management operations in the greater Kansas City market.

I currently operate the independent brokerage firm of Banks Real Estate, LLC.

My sales, and brokerage experience includes commercial and residential transactions, managing multiple brokerage offices for other ownership's, and owning my own offices, including a Remax franchise.

My property management experience includes single family residential, garden style, and loft style apartment management. Also, historic renovation and mixed use development management. From 2008 to 2013 I owned a full service third party fee management company.

I am a graduate of the Missouri Realtors Leadership Academy, and hold the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. I have been fortunate to receive honors as KCRAR rookie of the year, Sales manager of the year, and Realtor of the year.

I remain actively engaged in the REALTOR Association, having served most recently on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, on the Executive Committee of the Missouri Association of Realtors, and in 2012, serving as President of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
